Coming up this Memorial Day weekend is one of the biggest events on the calendar at Hagerstown Speedway as we present the inaugural running of the IMCA East Coast Sprint Nationals this Friday and Saturday night.
The IMCA RaceSaver 305 Sprints are on the card for both nights of action on May 24-25. Many cars from the various regions of IMCA RaceSaver sanctioned events will convene at one time in this interregional event.
Friday night’s race is scheduled to pay $500 to win. If more than 70 cars show, there will be two separate features at $300 to win for each.
The feature on Saturday night will pay $1,000 to win, and $500 to start making this sure to be one of the toughest races of the year to qualify for.
The Mason Dixon Shootout Series for our Late Model Sportsman teams will be in action on Friday night for $1,000 to win. The LMS races at Hagerstown in 2019 have been nothing short of competitive this season with three different winner in four events.
Pure Stocks and Hobby Stocks will be on Saturday night’s card of events. It’s sure to be a big weekend of racing you won’t want to miss.
Those wishing to camp overnight on the speedway grounds may do so. Camping is free of charge, but there are no hookups. All campers must be self-contained.
