Winters Claims 2018 Miss Hagerstown Speedway Crown, Rowe Best of Show

On the final day of the annual Race-A-Rama car show at the Valley Mall in Hagerstown, the show concluded with the Miss Hagerstown Speedway pageant and awards ceremony.

Judges awarded the title honors of 2018 Miss Hagerstown Speedway to Brooke Winters. The 25 year-old resident of Mercersburg, PA is the daughter-in-law of veteran Super Late Model driver Marvin Winters. She succeeds the title from outgoing 2017 Miss Hagerstown Speedway Michelle Walls.

Away from the race track, Winters works as a radiologic/CT technologist and enjoys hunting and fishing. She is very much looking forward to the 2018 racing season at Hagerstown Speedway, as we at the Hagerstown Speedway are as well.

The Best of Show winner for favorite/best appearing car was tallied by the most Facebook likes, and with over 500 votes the honors went to the No.55 E-mod of Alyssa Rowe.

Scheduled for this weekend is the first of three Community Yard Sales, along with our Test & Tune days. These days are scheduled each Saturday on March 10, 17, and 24 before kicking off the official season opener on March 31 with the Ultimate Northeast Super Late Model Series.
